Lead Occupational Health Advisor Belfast - Hybrid (mainly remote) Permanent, Full Time or Part Time Join a Growing Team in Occupational Health Excellence Our client is a leading provider of occupational health services, trusted by over 500 clients across both private and public sectors.
About the Role: They're looking for an experienced, driven, and compassionate Lead Occupational Health Advisor to join their dedicated team.
In this leadership role, you'll manage a talented group of Occupational Health Nurses and Occupational Health Technicians while overseeing the delivery of top-tier occupational health services.
You'll have a pivotal role in influencing clinical decisions and driving team collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Occupational Health nursing team.
Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality standards across all services.
Manage a diverse portfolio of client cases, making sound clinical decisions.
Coordinate administration, audits, policy reviews, and team management tasks.
Support the professional development of your team and assist with training.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin (no restrictions).
At least 2 years of experience in an Occupational Health setting.
Proven experience in case management and managing staff.
Advanced IT and administrative skills.
An Occupational Health qualification is preferred, but my client is willing to support the right candidate in obtaining it.
