Key Requirements: A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years in line with government guidelines.
Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to improving childcare standards.

You will be responsible for: Leading and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and early years education to children Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages children's growth and development.
Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's learning across all areas of development.
Building strong partnerships with parents, ensuring excellent communication and involvement in their child's progress.
Upholding the nursery's policies, including safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
