Job Description Lead Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) Salary: £26,500 40 hours per week Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner looking to take the next step in their career by leading a vibrant toddler room and making a real difference in children's lives.
Located in a beautiful part of Congleton, this nursery offers free on-site parking and is a short walk from Congleton train station.
The nursery is known for its strong team, warm environment, and commitment to sustainability.
As a Lead Practitioner, you'll be supported in your professional growth, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in early years education.
Key Requirements: A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years in line with government guidelines.
Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to improving childcare standards.
A passion for fostering children's development and well-being, ensuring that every child has the best start in life.

You will be responsible for: Leading and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and early years education to children Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages children's growth and development.
Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's learning across all areas of development.
Building strong partnerships with parents, ensuring excellent communication and involvement in their child's progress.
Upholding the nursery's policies, including safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
