Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer (Fmcg)

We are seeking a Lead Multi Skilled Engineer for a full-time permanent position on behalf of our client based in Scunthorpe.
This position will entail Leading Electrical & Mechanical engineers with maintenance on a variety of food production machinery.
The role will be an 80/20 split between on the tools work and administrative duties such as creating RAMS, PTW and communicating and conducting meetings with the senior management team.
The ideal candidate will have an Electrical/Mechanical FMCG background with leadership and or people management experience.
Specific machinery training/familiarisation shall be provided.

Schedule: 4 on 4 off – 12-hour shifts / 2 days / 2 nights Job Description Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of site mechanical and electrical technicians.
Working closely with production, operations and technical to improve engineering standards and efficiency, being also responsible for the training and development of the engineering team within your area of control.
