Lead Java Engineer- Fintech Scale-up- £90-£100k (Remote) Are you looking to lead an upcoming engineering team?

Venchr is honoured to have partnered with a leading Fintech platform for Superyachts- assisting in managing anything from foreign exchange to staff payroll.
They have been recognised globally and serve multiple high-networth clients.
As we acquire new businesses and implement their features into our services, we aim to place this all under a singular tech stack, defying our brand as one and making it a more unified process.
Our aim is to find a Lead Java Engineer who can successfully lead and manage teams as we progress through our scale-up and further develop.
Someone who is self-sufficient and a strong communicator is who we seek after.
Java is the primary requirement for this role, as well as having worked with Spring Boot.
We also expect to see experience with API development and data management.
In terms of infrastructure, there is a lot of AWS in use, so some knowledge/experience with Cloud databases is desirable.
The role may require you to travel into Manchester for occasional full-team meetings.
