Job summary Our IT Training Department has an exciting opportunity for aLead eLearning Developer to join our Team.
Youll be working hours a week andbased at our HQ in Worcester.We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident, andexperienced eLearning Developer who has a proven track record of working in abusy IT Training department and creating engaging and dynamic eLearning content.The successful candidate will have lead responsibility forthe EPR (Electronic Patient Record) eLearning development and work closely withthe EPR Training Workstream Lead/IT Training Manager.The Training Team deliver a wide range of Training Coursesusing a blended learning approach and provide support to all our colleaguesthroughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Main duties of the job As Lead EPR eLearning developer in the IT Training Team youwill: Take responsibility for designingand developing high quality eLearning modules for the EPR, managing this partof the EPR Project WorkstreamTake responsibility for creatinghigh quality short videos for the EPR and delegate to other members of the teamLead other members of thetraining team to develop eLearning and create videos as well as Quick ReferenceGuides and Lesson PlansManage users on the LMS (LearningManagement System) if required About us At Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust,we are working together to deliver outstanding care.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Excellent standard of education to degree level or relevant equivalent experience Recognised training/teaching qualification, 730/7 and/or CTTLS (Certificate in teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) or relevant equivalent experience I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer.
Experience Essential Experience of designing, developing and creating high quality digital learning materials, including, eLearning modules, videos and learning guides.
Business Change management experience Desirable Experience of developing eLearning materials for an EPR (Electronic Patient Records) Experience of using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Experience of using Adobe Premier Pro Experience of managing a small team in an NHS environment Experience of supporting a large corporate system within the NHS Skills & Abilities Essential Ability to learn systems quickly and efficiently A positive attitude and able to act on feedback Ability to write clearly and appropriately in all communications
