Lead Electrical Engineer Industry: Critical Services Environment Area: Warwick We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer, ideally with an Electrical Bias, to work within a Critical Services environment for a great customer of ours.
You will provide a multi-skilled maintenance service to Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines and to provide a reactive and pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements to all operational equipment.
Package and Benefits Monday Friday 0800-1630 plus paid overtime as & when required.
Salary Upto £50,000 according to experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities will include the following: Ensure CNI assets are in full working order, achieving relevant KPI's, be the Client's main point of contact for all operational CNI-related activities.
Ensure PPM's related to CNI assets are scheduled and approved in advance of works, provide Technical Support for CNI Engineers.
Compile and Analyse the data to determine areas of asset efficiency improvement that can be discussed with the Client.
Ensure the CNI Shifts are scheduled and communicated in advance which includes forming part of an escalation process for incidents, provide alternating 1st line OOH escalation with the CNI Supervisor.
You may also need to support CNI Shift Rota duties in the event of sickness absence, training, Annual Leave, as and where necessary in order to ensure 24/7/52 operations.
Ensure Incidents are reported in line with KPI's and to a satisfactory close out with corrective actions being taken.
Raise Change Controls with 100% accuracy, representing changes for works approval.
Track relevant information needed for the Weekly CNI Report, compile and present/submit this with accurate information as required in line with the KPI's.
Qualifications & Experience: City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in a similar role within a Data Centre or similar critical environment with a proven track record in the effective management of planned programme of works and reactive works, coordinating multi skilled work groups Previous experience of having been appointed as an Authored Person for HV/LV systems.
Excellent people management skills while able to manage sub-contractors and supply chain Fully conversant with current H&S legislation and process management systems Understanding of asset management information systems together with remote monitoring integrated technology IT literate in MS Office Holder of a full and valid driving licence JBRP1_UKTJ
