Providing a friendly welcome to patients and visitors to the clinic.Updating patients with waiting times.Signposting to other support and services, as required.Restocking of resources i.e.
cups / leaflets / activity packs and preparing information packs, where applicable.Keeping patients company if they are on their own, engaging in conversation and utilising resources where available.Providing light refreshments (where agreed with Trust Division).
