This role will focus on robotics and industrial automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact solutions.This is an exceptional chance for an experienced professional to apply their expertise in electrical engineering within an AI-centric environment and make a significant contribution to innovative projects.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project success.System Design: Lead the design and execution of electrical systems, including power distribution, control hardware, and automation solutions.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside software engineers, mechanical engineers, and AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of electrical components in robotic systems.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all designs meet industry standards and safety regulations, with full technical documentation.Innovation & Problem-Solving: Drive creative solutions to complex technical challenges, particularly in the field of robotics.Project & Budget Management: Oversee project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure successful, timely delivery.Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, reviewing specifications and overseeing component integration.Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of innovation and continuously enhance engineering processes.Skills & Qualifications:Degree: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's or PhD preferred).Experience: 7-10 years in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Experience in product design and Design for Manufacture (DFM) is highly valued.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of power distribution, control systems, and automation.
