We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team building the innovative SaaS platforms The Fibre Cafe and Elevate .

Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, high-quality Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) in Terraform and TypeScript with Pulumi.
Take ownership of the Bitbucket and Spacelift CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, resilient deployments.
Embed robust security measures into all DevOps workflows to safeguard infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Manage complex projects, prioritising tasks and dependencies to align DevOps efforts with business goals.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and clearly communicate DevOps concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Incorporate business insights into infrastructure improvements to deliver greater product value and better user experiences.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) in multiple programming languages - Terraform and JavaScript and/or TypeScript experience is essential.
Experienced with cloud platforms and their associated services, with recent experience in AWS .
Advanced skills in observability , monitoring , and debugging tools (e.g., Hands-on implementation of advanced security measures in CI/CD and infrastructure workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a team using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
Background in software engineering and/or computer science.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Ruby, Bash, or Node.js) for automation purposes.
Experience with database systems (SQL, DynamoDB, Redis) and their integration with infrastructure.
Exposure to configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible.
Awareness of economic thinking and evaluating the ROI of DevOps initiatives.
