Lead Developer - Software Integrations

Are you a passionate developer with a knack for creating high-quality software solutions and a desire to drive innovation in the SaaS industry?
Join us as a Lead Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connected care solutions within our diverse suite of products.
Working closely with our Development, DevOps, and leadership teams, you'll be at the forefront of designing integrations that enable seamless experiences for our users.
What You'll Do: Build and maintain internal integrations for our SaaS solutions, working across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Work alongside Product Owners, Managers, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and effort estimations Write robust unit tests, ensuring code quality and business logic test coverage, while adhering to secure development standards Produce high-quality design documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration Engage in performance measurement and optimization for SQL queries, ensuring database and software efficiency What You'll Bring: Substantial experience in enterprise-level software development, working with technologies like C#/.NET, Node.js, Azure, and Kubernetes Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development, including tools like TypeScript and frameworks such as Blazor, Vue, or React Experience with microservices, distributed computing, and secure development practices Proven ability to work in Agile environments across distributed teams Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders and teams Expertise in TDD, BDD, and database testing for both relational and NoSQL systems Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps, and performance monitoring tools like Prometheus or Azure App Insights Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant solutions, mobile app development, and Azure Functions/Service Bus is not essential but would be an advantage What We Offer:  We are an official great place to work!  Person Centred Software  Great Place to Work UK | The global authority on workplace culture.
