Role: Lead Franchise Health & Fitness Coach Location: Newport Pagnell About us: We attract ladies of all sizes, fitness & mobility levels and deliver small group personal training sessions as part of our 3F system Food | Fitness | Focus and offer a full health & fitness About the role:  · To be inspirational to members · To be a positive contributor to our private FB group & Social media pages · To be a motivational and encouraging health & fitness coach · To follow up promptly all new enquiries via CRM and be the Face of Fitter Body Ladies · To undertake discovery calls with new enquiries as booked · To lead the induction sessions for new ladies starting the introduction programme · To manage attendance & book in weekly 121's for all IP ladies · To ensure we maintain membership sign-up from the introduction programme above 70% · To manage attendance & book monthly 121 goal setting meetings with all members · To ensure we maintain memberships x3 per week under 10% of total members · To mange membership attendance, connect with any no shows, late cancellations and slipping away · To ensure we maintain overall membership cancellation rate below 5%, this includes any cancellations mid-term and those at the end of their membership period · To manage time effectively between coaching sessions, undertaking induction sessions & reviews with admin hours as needed within your weekly 30hrs · Maintaining the unit and all equipment to FBL standards, maintaining stock levels on shop items and consumables, ensuring all sanitising protocols are followed
