We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team.
The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.
You will work collaboratively with the site, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need.

The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
They will have valid and up to date professional registration and membership of a professional body.
They will have experience within the specialist client group, working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
They will have clear and concise report writing skills and experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
They will be able to work independently and have experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty.
They will have a full UK valid driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
