Job Title: Lead ClinicianLocation: Belmont Secondary School, Rawtenstall, North WestSalary: £50,000 - £60,000, (dependent on experience)Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pmContract: Permanent, 52 weeksEssential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle requiredWe are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team.
The postholder will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead.
The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.
You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
You will also contribute to staff training and consultation.
Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload and supervise others.
Working within overall framework of the service policies and procedures, you will be supporting the integration of the specific service in the day to day running of each provision.
A key aspect of the role will be to deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our pupils' needs in line with set Education, Health Plan (EHCP).

Essential Criteria:Recognised degree in either, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g.
