Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group.
About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
Working collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users with complex profiles of need resulting from learning disabilities, Autism, and other types of neurodivergence, trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
You will be supported by our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, contributing to staff training and consultation.
