We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinician - Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
The successful candidate will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the pupils we support, working collaboratively with a range of key partners.

About the Role This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires substantial experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists, as well as expertise in lecturing/teaching/training.
The ideal candidate will have post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic) and be registered with the HCPC and BPS.
Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans for pupils with complex needs.
Facilitating MDT working with Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams.
Collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery and development projects.
Skills and Qualifications Substantial post-qualification experience in mental health settings.
Experience in managing data and conducting research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
