We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our growing Developments team!
The Developments team are a key part of our eCommerce function, implementing, testing and building on the user experience of our website and App!
Plus managing the requirements of our partnered brands and the overall content of our website!The roleAs a Lead Business Analyst at NEXT, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Senior Business Analysts while actively contributing to the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and systems.
What else is involved?
Business Analysis: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements using a variety of techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews, observations).
Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Create process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.
Support the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
Leadership and Management: Line manage a team of 4 Senior Business Analysts, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal workload distribution and timely completion of projects.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Mentor and guide team members in their career development, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units.
Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
You'll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office.
