They are seeking a Lead .Net Developer to join their expanding team.

As Lead .Net Developer, you will be hands on with coding in .Net working on both legacy and upcoming innovative projects.
You will be working directly with the Managing Director and other Back End Developers whilst collaborating with various individuals across the wider team.
This is a hybrid role working in their Central Leeds based office working 3 days a week.
As Lead .Net Developer, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Back End Development team, ensuring team growth and skill progression.
Collaborating with other developers and the Product team to develop both existing and new platforms.
Assisting in the integration of back end systems with front end components to ensure seamless functionality.
Joining in code reviews to ensure all best practices and coding standards are maintained.
Staying up to date on industry trends and the latest technologies to continuously improve your skills.
As Lead .Net Developer, you will have:
A minimum of 5 years experience working as a Back End Developer with a strong focus on .Net development.
Team mentoring or leading experience.
Strong experience with SQL Server.
Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes or Docker.
The ability to make informed decisions and communicate with multiple teams.
Experience with Symfony, Laravel or PHP Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
