Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care/Community Services

As part of our Primary Care Transformation, NHS Forth Valley aim to offer a multi-professional model of care within our GP practices.
We are looking for a highly experienced Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide professional, operational and clinical supervision for the PCIP ANP team including the development of our trainee ANPs.
This role is appropriate to an ANP who is qualified and has consolidated their knowledge and experience, demonstrating competency in the breadth and depth of diagnosis and treatment across the life span.
The post holder will have established an advanced knowledge of all common and undifferentiated primary care presentations, providing autonomous and expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients.
The post holder will provide direct management of patients and provide leadership, education, support and clinical supervision for the team including the development of trainee ANP staff.
Outstanding leadership skills are required to embrace the demands of this dynamic and challenging role.
Evidence of a commitment to developing both self and others is also essential.
