Your New Company Our client is a leading Northern Irish Civil Litigation Law Practice and were delighted to be partnering with them in their search for a Law Graduate to joint their graduate programme in Belfast.
Your New Role In your new role as the Law Graduate on the graduate programme, you will assist all staff with administrative tasks and assist all teams with day to day duties such as, answer overflow calls to the office and redirect calls to appropriate staff, carryout conflict of interest searches on all new files, operate case management system to assist with all duties, update Webcrash, collect and deliver post, open all post, scanning and allocating on to case management system.
You will also attend court office to lodge/ stamp/ collect documents, prepare of Court Bundles, Briefs to Counsel and files for hearing, binding and other administrative tasks as required, preparation print queue for posting, carrying out of all tasks in OC task list, arranging for documents to be Sworn, dealing with incoming faxes, daily checks in relation to office maintenance or cleaning.
Handle any other duties as and when required, carrying out of all duties assigned by Department Coordinators, carrying out legal research and report preparation for Operations and Legal Advisor teams as required.
What You Need To Succeed As the Law Graduate on the graduate programme, You will hold a law degree.
Be able to assist all staff with administrative tasks.
Assist all teams with day to day duties Greet all visitors arriving to the office Competent IT skills.
What You'll Receive In Return As the Law Graduate on the graduate programme, you will receive £22,500.
4 Day Working Week with no reduction to pay or benefits.
