Laundry Assistant s in our team assist with all aspects of the laundry operation whilst helping to ensure that all our guests experienc e first-class service and timely processing of their laundry requirements.
Be aware of and act upon deadlines internal and external To be smart at all times whilst on duty and to wear the correct uniform.
To be polite at all times reporting any complaints to Executive Head Housekeeper, To communicate with all areas with respect to their linen requirements and ensure that they are met.
Keep storage areas clean and tidy and ensure that you have sufficient stock.
