Later Living Officer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield  to assist with the appointment of a Later Living Officer, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay: £19.00 - £23.75 per hour Responsibilities: To work to deadlines and budgetary constraints where resource and workload are frequently subject to variation.
To research, investigate and ensure that technical/legislative advice is available to the public to meet customer requirements.
To advise and implement periodic customer consultation and satisfaction surveys to analyse and present the results ensuring that services respond accordingly.
Use relevant databases, in the course of normal duties, to include data input, data interrogation as directed.
Ensure data and records are maintained in accordance with agreed standards and in keeping with the Data Protection/Freedom of Information regulations including the regular housekeeping of computerised and paper information following document management processes Attend regular service meetings and, with colleagues, contribute ideas and make recommendations for improvements/changes in existing procedures, policies and processes Qualification : Knowledge of housing law and understanding of the issues involved in managing supported housing or housing for the elderly Experience of delivering customer facing multi-landlord tenure blind tenancy management, complex casework management Experience of delivering property management function and knowledge of underlying health and safety and residents safety regulations and other regulatory principles Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
