Landscape Team Leader

On behalf of our client in Hermitage, Berkshire M4 Recruitment are looking to recruit Team Leader for Temporary to Permanent position.
As a Team Leader your main duties would be as follows: Traveling to the site location with crew members Ground preparation Planting shrubs and trees, following a detailed site plan Laying turf, creating seedbeds and wildflower areas Ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard Follow H&S policies and procedures The client is offering for Team Leader candidate: Parking on site Subsided canteen Safety measures are in place For the right candidate, after the 12 weeks temp to perm real progression and possibility to move within the company Great rates of pay To be a successful applicant for this positionTeam Leader, you will be required to have the following skills / experiences.
Previous experience within landscaping and construction industry Must be able to demonstrate good plant knowledge Ideally 2 years experience but not essential CSCS card and drivers license would be preferred but not essential This position Team Leader will require the candidate to be available to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm.
Pay £28,000 per annum.
