Responsibilities In this role, you will support the case handlers within the department while managing a caseload of complex leaseholder/freeholder disputes and commercial landlord & tenant cases.
Assisting the Partner in Charge of the Landlord and Tenant team, you may also take on supervisory responsibilities.
Active participation in business development and maintaining relationships with insurer clients is expected.
Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to service standards is crucial.
Skills and Experience - Intellectual Curiosity: A keen interest in the intricacies of landlord and tenant law.

Educational Requirements Candidates should have significant experience in landlord and tenant disputes.
While qualifications as a solicitor, FCILEx, or barrister are advantageous, they are not essential.
