Land Referencer | Birmingham (Hybrid) | £25,000 - £35,000 Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading property consultancy based in Birmingham.
They provide robust land referencing services to clients, following strict methodologies and diligent enquiry to support access to land and statutory applications for development consent.
Due to exciting plans in the Land Referencing team, we now have a number of Land Referencer positions we are recruiting for.
Responsibilities: -Data management, collection, interpretation and analysing land data -Monitoring and responding to incoming post and incoming emails -Contribution towards production of clear and accurate legal documentation such as, Book of Reference, Order Plans, Notices, and Schedule.
What we're looking for: - Ideally a degree in geography/planning -Proven experience within the production of books of reference, order plans, notices, and schedules -Understanding of elements of land referencing such as tenures of land or familiarity with Land Registry -Understanding of GIS systems would be beneficial The Package: £25,000-£35,000 DOE Birmingham (Hybrid) Pension 4% (increases to 5%) Training and Development Opportunities (internal & external) 25 Days holiday + Banks holidays ??
