Land & Property Acquisitions Manager | Lincolnshire | £50-60K plus an enhanced benefits package Are you a seasoned property professional with a deep understanding of the East Midlands property market?

If so, we have an opportunity for you!

Your New Role Hays are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Land and Property Acquisition Manager to join a respected multisite organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify properties that meet the client's requirements and evaluating their suitability based on location, condition, development potential, and investment value.
You will play a key role in analysing financial data, including rental income and potential returns on investment, while providing essential qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making.

The organisation is currently reviewing multiple locations for development, and your primary focus will be on conducting thorough due diligence on these sites.
You will be responsible for identifying suitable commercial properties, including both new build sites and existing premises, negotiating purchase terms, and overseeing the entire acquisition process.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the organisation's growth and success in the region.
You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including landowners, developers, property agents, local planning authorities, solicitors, and consultants, ensuring all legal, financial, and technical aspects are thoroughly addressed.

What We Are Looking For To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate proven experience in property acquisition, preferably within the Lincolnshire market.
Membership in a relevant professional body, such as RICS, is advantageous.
You should have a strong understanding of UK planning regulations, zoning laws, and property development processes, along with sound commercial property and legal acumen.
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen are crucial, enabling you to secure property deals and align them with strategic goals.
Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and organisational abilities.
