Due to our growth, we are looking for an experienced Land Officer or Senior Land Officer to join our team in Birmingham to support with landowner negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.
Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: A good listener and the ability to communicate assertively & with empathy if needed.
Ability to write a professional letter/email to clients.
Be responsible for compilation and management of data records.
Supports leadership with making change happen within the team.
Operate as Project Account Manager on smaller projects.
Sign off project time, project expense, review invoices, chase debts, produce AFPs where relevant, track spend against PO etc.
Able to manage internal and external Stakeholders.
Supporting agreements or leading on wayleave or equivalent agreements.

Demonstrate professional and concise written communication in emails, with attention to detail, having regard to who emails are 'to', 'cc' and when to 'reply all'.

Gaining experience in client interactions, including status updates and project-related discussions.

Demonstrate capability to prepare advice notes for internal review.

H&S/SV The role is accountable for the following: Able to demonstrate capability of completing a risk assessment for site visits, having regard for different risks and hazards, and identifying potential opportunities to mitigate them.
