Land Consents Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Consents Officer to join our client's Utilities and Infrastructure team in the North of England.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing land access for major infrastructure projects, interacting with landowners and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ideally, you'll be a RICS-qualified professional with experience in utilities construction and maintenance operations (though non-qualified candidates will be considered too) and you will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices and rural issues.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and negotiate fair agreements.
You will also need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
