Land And Measured Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Land & Measured Building Surveyor with a passion for historic properties?

Based near Swindon, Wiltshire , you will conduct detailed topographical, laserand measured building surveys, focusing on heritage and prestige projects but still have the expertise for occassional setting out projects in a more traditional construction environments.
In this role, you will ensurethe precise collection andseamless integration of survey data.
Your responsibilities will include managing survey projects from initiation to completion (including post process work), as well as maintaining a productive relationship with clients, attending sites with sensititivity and consideration as well as being a professional and courteous ambassador for the company.
To excel, you should have a minimum of 2years UK experience , proficiency in industry-standard surveying equipment and software (Leica TS13/15 & MS60, AutoCAD, LSS, Cyclone) and excellent communication and client management skills .
RICS accreditation (or working towards accreditation) or equivalent is an advantage.
