I'm working with a leading developer who are looking to add to the team with a Senior Land Manager who is pro-active in getting out to meet and cultivate relationships with agents and land owners, and to sniff out great land acquisition opportunities.

With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development.
Their target areas are the South Midlands, Northern Home Counties and out into the Eastern region, so experience in these areas would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities:
Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
Driving deals through the acquisition process.
Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.
On offer is a salary of circa £75k - £90k plus package, including a great land acquisition bonus.
