Position : We are looking for full-time Laminators to join our expanding team.
This is a permanent role, working 07:00 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday (40 hours per week) .
Responsibilities : As a Laminator, your duties will include: Cutting and preparing fibreglass matting Reading and interpreting lay-up specifications Performing various laminating processes, including wet-lay, infusion, and vacuum bagging Using hand tools for laminating tasks Identifying and rectifying laminating defects Working with core materials and generic bonding pastes Releasing simple moulds Ensuring the correct use of PPE at all times Essential Skills/Experience : We welcome applications from experienced Laminators as well as those with relevant skills from similar industries.
The ideal candidate will: Take pride in their work and maintain high standards of quality Work well both independently and under supervision Be confident using hand tools Have a good understanding of laminating techniques and processes Possess strong organisational and practical skills Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy Be familiar with basic Health and Safety standards, including PPE requirements Be reliable and hardworking Salary : A competitive rate of up to £16.50 per hour , depending on skills and experience.
The starting rate will be discussed during the interview.
