Laminator - Composite Laminator

About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Composite Department.

Are you an experienced and skilled composite laminator?

Are you interested in working on some of the world's most prestigious vehicle development programmes for leading car brands?

Creating hand-built composite components
Carefully and accurately following project specifications and technical drawings
Maintaining tooling patterns and moulds, applying chemical sealers and release systems
Fabricating moulds and resolving any quality issues in collaboration with project engineers
Following build manuals and quality control procedures to ensure accuracy
Collecting data to ensure all components meet high quality specifications
Maintaining optimal quality materials by ensuring prepreg carbon fibre is correctly stored after shift
The safe handling composite materials, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, hand-crafted work
Experience in composite laminating is essential
Adaptable, positive character with a flexible approach to work
Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm
Overtime.
