Lairage Operative

Pickstock Telford have an exciting opportunity in the Lairage department for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.
This role involves working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of operations in the Lairage which contributes to the effective running of the Abattoir.
The role will include: Unloading and movement of livestock, adhering to animal welfare policies.
Carrying out livestock checks against relevant paperwork.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness with the Lairage.
Key skills and attributes: Eye for detail Hands on Willingness to work as part of a team Telehandler License is desirable Pickstock offers all on the job training and a new learning experience in the meat industry.
