The L&D Coordinator role The L&D Coordianator will work with the People Development Business Partner and HR Business Partners to support the delivery and implementation of agreed training needs.
This will include the sourcing, booking and organising of internal and external training courses as well as the development and maintenance of our Learning Management System (Dayforce Learning) Key responsibilities: - - Updating and maintaining training information on Learning Management System (Dayforce Learning) - Booking of training courses, processing of joining instructions and updating attendance lists - Producing delegate lists for all internal courses - Issuing course evaluation surveys and developing reports - Claiming CITB grants as required - Assisting the People Development BP in collating all information for Sector training plans - Supporting the administration of companywide development programmes as required - Maintaining our professional development records - Handling day to day enquiries and resolving queries from and providing advice to employees and line managers Your profile Essential: - - Experience as a L&D Administrator - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Excellent customer service skills - Highly organised and proactive - Excellent, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook skills - GCSE English & Maths (4-9 / A-C) Desired: - - Experience of working within the construction sector - Experience of working with Learning Management Systems - CIPD qualification / Business Administration qualification - Experience of producing analytical reports - Experience of developing eLearning content Rewards We're ready to invest in you and your future, and offer wide-ranging, performance-related progression opportunities.
