Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager and working within the wider HR Team, the L&D Business Partner will be responsible for providing the strategic design and delivery of service critical learning and development in a Mental Health setting supporting wider HR Objectives and overall Business Goals.
Key Responsibilities: You will be leading on some of our main projects for the year ahead.
This includes the implementation and rollout of a new LMS as well as delivering Companywide and Clinician Inductions.
A key focus this year for the wider HR Team, is 'Making Clinical Partners a Better Place to Work', and, as you'd expect, developing our L&D offering is an integral part of this.
As we are a small team, the role holder must be able to work at all levels of L&D including the design, delivery and evaluation of learning, ideally in a variety of formats as well as the ability to work strategically and operationally with the ability to influence at all levels.
Requirements: CIPD Level 7 in L&D or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an L&D BP, or experience at a senior level in L&D.
Demonstratable experience of scoping, designing, delivering and evaluating learning.
Proven experience in procuring training and managing external providers.
Proven experience in the use and/or implementation of a Learning Management System.
Experience analysing and interpreting data in order to make business decisions.
Experience of working within a regulated industry.
Strong MS Excel skills.
