Clerical Officer 20 hours per week Band 2 Salary £24,647 - £26,763 pro rata The Medical Secretarial Service have a vacancy for a part time Clerical Officer (20hrs) to support the Acute Medicine Initial Assessment (AMIA) team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join the Medical Secretarial Services Team at ARI, dealing primarily with scanning of paperwork to patient's electronic record.
You would also be expected to help other departments across the service during periods of high demand.
The post The post holder will work alongside 2 Medical Secretaries and 1 Filing Clerk in AMIA to provide clerical and administrative support to the team.
This is a very busy but rewarding post that involves a variety of tasks, with the post holder able to work autonomously.
Days of work are Monday to Friday and hours can be worked between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
We would be willing to discuss a 4-day week with the successful candidate.
