Position: KS3 Tutor Start Date: New Academic Year About Us : TP Tutors is dedicated to providing high-quality educational support to students who need it most.

We work closely with schools and local authorities to ensure our tutoring services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
Role and Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for students up to KS3.
Support students with SEN and those with EHCPs in their academic progress.
Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on each student's unique needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Monitor and report on students' progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
Requirements: Experience working with students with SEN and/or EHCPs.
Strong knowledge of the KS3 curriculum, whether broad or specialist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students with diverse needs.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo a check).
Desirable: Additional qualifications or training in special education needs.
Experience working with local authorities or within school settings.
Proven track record of improving student outcomes.
