Job Title: KS3 SEMH Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Coggeshall Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to Key Stage 3 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Develop individualised learning plans to support the academic and emotional growth of students Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student progress and well-being Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEMH needs Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Demonstrated experience in teaching Key Stage 3 students Knowledge of SEMH strategies and interventions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN) Training in behaviour management techniques Working Conditions: This is a temporary position based in Coggeshall, Essex Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Work within a supportive educational environment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
