We are looking for a committed SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant KS4 team at an Alternative Education school in Gloucester.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n \n \n Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities \n \n \n Work closely with class teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment \n \n \n Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) \n \n \n Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development \n \n \n Requirements: \n \n \n Previous experience working with children with SEND/ Alternative Provisions is desirable \n \n \n A proactive and patient approach to working with young learners \n \n \n Strong communication and teamwork skills \n \n \n Join us in making a positive impact on young learners' lives!
