Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Colchester Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide targeted English and Maths intervention sessions to KS3 students Create individualised learning plans to address students' specific needs Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding Monitor and assess students' progress regularly Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Specialism in English and Maths Experience in delivering intervention programmes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of KS3 curriculum requirements Ability to differentiate instruction based on students' abilities Proficient in assessment and feedback techniques Excellent classroom management skills Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Part-Time hours Temporary position Flexible schedule All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
