We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team, supporting Key Stage 2 students in their preparation for SATs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to small groups and individual students, focusing on English and Maths to boost confidence and attainment.
Work closely with the class teacher to identify key areas for development and implement effective intervention strategies.
Support students with differentiated activities, helping them to reach their full potential.
Track student progress and adapt interventions as needed to ensure success in SATs.
What we are looking for: Experience working with KS2 students, ideally with a focus on SATs preparation.
Level Teaching Assistant A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
