Are you passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey?
Academics is looking for dedicated KS2 Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team.

About the Role: In this role, you will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education to primary school students.
Your efforts will help ensure that every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring lessons are engaging and effective.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
Help manage classroom behaviour and create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources for lessons.
Support the emotional and social development of students by fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
Supervise students during lunch breaks, playtime, and school trips.
Perform administrative tasks to assist the classroom teacher and maintain an orderly learning environment.
Qualifications: Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
(KS2) Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification, are beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with young learners.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when necessary.
