Planning and teaching ? working alongside a dynamic team of teachers and TAs ? Promoting good progress and outcomes ? Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths of pupils ? Managing behaviour effectively ? Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge ? Liaising with parents The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference.
