What We're Looking For Experience working with Key Stage 1 children, either in a classroom or similar setting.
A supportive and proactive approach to assisting teachers and pupils.
Ability to engage and motivate young learners, helping them reach their full potential.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Assisting with classroom management, preparation of resources, and learning activities.
Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and love for learning.
