Job Title: KS1 Teacher Location: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Waddington Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £160 Per day Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development Participate in school events and meetings Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 students Experience in lesson planning and assessment Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of child development and learning theories Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Proficiency in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Specialist training in teaching Key Stage 1 Working Conditions: Work in a school setting with regular classroom hours May require participation in extracurricular activities or school events Collaborative work with colleagues, students, and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
