Responsibilities of a KS1/KS2 Teacher: As a KS1/KS2 teacher , you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of pupils, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged in their learning journey.
Delivering the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum to children, focusing on their individual learning targets, nurturing their strengths, and addressing areas for development.
Developing literacy and numeracy skills through well-structured, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to participate.
Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, using data to inform planning and report back to parents and the school's leadership team.
