About the company?
Operating on all sides of building services design, this M&E and Sustainability specific consultancy are in their infancy and are now at a stage where they're hoping for a Building Services Design, ideally Mechanically bias, Director to join their Oxford office to help manage their workload and manage the delivery of projects - we would consider Electrically bias Directors with the right skills!
If you're a good people person, currently manage an office and are strong with project delivery, this is the position for you!We're defining this position as a People & Project Director, to look after their Oxford office, allowing the current directors to win business and represent the business externally more often.Based 20 minutes outside of Oxford, in the beautiful countryside town of Witney, this new consultancy is new on the scene and offering a range of complex projects and the opportunity to help with the growth of the business.
With the Oxford office currently standing around 25 members, you'd oversee the office, delegating work and looking after the delivery of all projects, alongside the other directors.
There may be an element of business development through doing a good job on the current projects being delivered, but this role would be mainly people and delivery orientated.The business currently has an Oxford and London office with much more expansion plans in the pipeline!
