We have an exciting opportunity for an PMO Analyst to join this programme.

Main Responsibilities As a PMO Analyst you will: Provide the structure and a competent secretariat function for governance where relevant: calendar of dates, preparation and review of slides, notes / actions, preparation of minutes Assist in the formulation of communication and engagement plans that build commitment and understanding ; monitor success of these plans Create high quality slides, charts and information packs that provide accurate and engaging visual materials for stakeholders from a range of levels and backgrounds Contribute to all levels of stakeholder engagement and support with expectation setting Lead key project meetings and working groups.
Assist Programme Manager/Lead by actively managing day-to-day activities and ensuring delivery accountability is in place Lead on tracking of deliverables and associated reviews and approvals Lead on tracking and escalation of risks, issues and dependencies incl.
schedule and lead BBC risk and issue meetings.
Management and administration of the BBC Teams site for the programme, incl.
management of the folder structure and administration of the BBC and third party users Support and manage document repositories (e.g Dropbox, Teams etc) Provide onboarding support to service provider team members Are you the right candidate?
We need someone with: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – including ability to take accurate minutes at high profile, senior meetings Ability to translate complex information into simple and easy to comprehend output (in a variety of formats: slides, papers, tables), appreciating the varied knowledge base of the audience Confidence to work with multiple/senior stakeholders and tenacity to get what is needed in order to meet rigid governance deadlines Excellent co-ordination and organisation skills – including the ability to: coordinate reporting cycles, think ahead, prioritise and plan workload Ability to work with data for reporting purposes and consider the wider use of that data Demonstrable collaboration and stakeholder management skills Experience of supporting multiple projects with complex structures and objectives – PMO related experience is highly desirable A can-do attitude and willingness to be adaptable and flexible Package Description Band: CContract type: nine month fixed-term staff contract (this is not a contractor or day rate position)Location: role can be based in any of the main hubs - London, Salford, Cardiff or Glasgow and will involve some hybrid workingJob Title: in-house title is Projects & Change AnalystSalary: £35,000 to £45,000pa depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
