Key Responsibilities Design and Trend Create strong trend-driven, innovative and commercial knitwear collections for both customer accounts and range collections, identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
Strong understanding of knit construction, yarns, gauges & production.
Conduct continual trend and competitor research, store visits, and report insights.
Present designs to customers, plan and attend meetings, and incorporate feedback into range.
Oversee the design process, meeting critical deadlines to ensure quality.
Participate in UK & international inspiration shopping/development trips and yarn fairs.
Skills & Experience Required Experience in knitwear design with a strong commercial trend portfolio.
Illustrator and CAD software, creating detailed tech packs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relations skills.
