Do you have experience in liaising between clients and 3rd party contacts?
Do you have what it takes to lead, inspire and support a network of business consultants, maximising the value and efficiency of delivery?
In this position, you will be instrumental in enhancing the services of Kite Business Consultancy through careful identification of evolving agricultural requirements and the evaluation of our solutions and programs for added impact.
Key tasks: Secure and expand value of business consultancy for Kite Secure and expand the value of key account relationships and stakeholder relationships e.g.
Banks Delivery of business consultancy and high level strategic advice to 15-25 farm accounts Develop national profile and thought leadership platform, increasing the profile of Kite Consulting and AB Dairy Review and update the business consultancy delivery tools for future client/market needs Inspire and support network of business consultantsWhat you'll bring: Comprehensive interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Effective communication and relationship building ability Agricultural / Dairy farming knowledge Deadline driven with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks Agri-Business Degree Grade 2:1+ (or equivalent evidential working experience) Business consultancy experience with in the agricultural or dairy industry LocationThis role is home based visiting clients across the UK, therefore someone based in Midlands, UK would be ideal.
