Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter 40 Hours per Week £34,000 - £35,500 DOE (Including £1,000 annual vehicle responsibility allowance) We are seeking to employ an experienced Fitter to join our Kitchen & Bathroom team.
The kitchen and bathroom fitter will work to a planned schedule, within a small team, replacing our tenants' kitchens and bathrooms.
The role sits in our Customer Operations team, who provide a high-quality responsive repair and planned works service to our customers.
We do so under the HomeFix brand across the following trade teams; Gas and Plumbing, Electrical, Repairs, Kitchens and Bathrooms and Empty Homes.
The purpose of the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter is to deliver an excellent standard of service to our customers, whilst completing the installation of kitchens & bathrooms along with all associated works in our customers' homes.
To be successful in this role you will need to: Demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service Have previous experience of refitting kitchens and bathrooms Possess good plumbing and carpentry skills, as well as experience with fitting sheet vinyl flooring, tiling, plastering and painting & decorating Be competent in using IT equipment such as a tablet Be able to follow department processes Hold a current driving licence.
